Highlights from the Featured Video Project
When Bill Essert lauched his new company, Bay Grab Bar, in early 2020, he needed to get the word out quickly that he was open for business, and video marketing was the answer.
Why video? Becaause it’s 53 times more likely to appear on the first page of Google’s search results than a traditional web page, and adding a video on your business’s website can increase conversions by 80%.
We shot the video in a single day using one of his clients, Dr. Grant Dobson, as both co-star of the video and also as a testimonial to Bill’s quality of service.
To make it easier for both Bill and Grant, we used a teleprompter so they wouldn’t have to memorize their lines, then shot the video using a Lumix GH5 video camera and hand-held stabilizer.
In post-production we created a custom animated logo intro. We also built a YouTube channel for Bill’s new business, added the requisite keywords and metadata to make sure it ranks well on Google Search, then added a YouTube end screen that promotes his other marketing videos.
